FinPak is an owner-only private beta. For sign-in, access, import or workspace issues, email support@lgcn.com.au.
Please describe what you were trying to do, the page involved and the time the issue occurred. Do not email bank statements, payment-card information, magic links, passwords or other secrets.
If an import or workspace action fails, keep the original source file and try again only after checking that you are signed in to the authorised owner account. The service does not use paid third-party monitoring for this beta; support is handled through this contact path and the operator runbook.
