Private beta terms
FinPak is operated by Legacy Networks Pty Ltd (Australia). These terms apply to the owner-only private beta.
Private beta access
Access is by invitation and is limited to the pre-provisioned owner account. The service may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn during the beta. Do not rely on it as your sole record-keeping system, and keep your source records independently.
Financial preparation only
FinPak helps organise information for accountant review. It does not provide tax, accounting, legal or financial advice, and it is not a registered tax agent or accountant. You remain responsible for reviewing classifications, figures and reports with a suitably qualified professional before lodgment or reliance.
Demo and live use
The public demo uses synthetic sample data and is not a live financial workspace. A configured private-beta workspace may store the information submitted by its authorised owner for that owner’s use. Do not enter payment-card details, health information about other people, or information you are not authorised to provide.
